For many, many years I have sent essay-like emails to my two best friends. These emails ALWAYS start out as quick concise thoughts but, in mere seconds, morph into micro chapter books.

Why would anyone but my two good friends want to read about The love(s) that elude me???

I mean my love life is tragic...

I ooze heartbreak 24/7...

I once heard a quote that says 'Comedy is tragedy plus timing..."

Hence, The Misadventures of The Romantic Pessimist.

I'll flashback to Wet and Mildewed Pants Boy at the Club, fondly reminisce about THE ONE who walked like a sloth on a Segway, laugh about the ex-boyfriend/Lizard Thief, and build a monument Mr. Perfect, the divorced father of five, living like a whore.

I guarantee a laugh, a smile, or a tear...
